Shell approx 45 in ID x 18 in high, with approx 6 in deep clamped dished top and 16 in deep clamped bottom with 3 in center bottom outler with Teflon reducer flange.Top head has 1- 6 in sight glass, 2- 2 in flanges. With davit to swing away top head for changing of filter cloth. Filter plate has approx 214 holes, 1.25 in dia on 2.25 +/- in centers.Glass looks good. Plug free. 4- pipe leg supports, requires pipe legs. Serial number 33604, NB number 4271. Built 1987. #386-1
1- Used approx 125 gallons vertical T-304 stainless steel jacketed reactor with agitator and drive. ASME code stamped 50 psi internal, 15 psi jacket. Jacket is T304 ss and covers full shell and bottom head. Internal vessel approx 28 in diameter x 48 in high straight side, plus welded dished bottom and bolted on dished top.
Fittings : top head - 1-3/4 in coupling, 5- 2 in flanges, 1- 8 in center flange for agitator drive : bottom : 2- 2 in flanges, 1-3/4 in coupling : jacket fittings - 2- 2 in flanges, 1- 3/4 in coupling. Top entry agitator driven by 1.5 HP motor, 1725 RPM, through 13.99 to 1 gear reducer. Lug supports..Built 1989 by Bauerle & Moriis, ser # 26611-1, NB # 1579. #386-2
